Brian McCabe 
The Massachusetts born Brian McCabe came to Los Angeles looking to find work in the entertainment industry in 1990. Having a background in Stage Management, surely some A.D. job could not be far in the offing. But all that changed the moment he answered an ad in the Hollywood Reporter. Someone was looking for an assistant. Not quite sure what that was, but confident in his abilities nonetheless, he applied. A week later he was answering phones for the Henderson/Hogan Agency. And in a few years time was promoted to talent agent, having found an affinity for these behind-the-scenes players. Despite the negative stereotypes, he enjoyed working as an agent. So much so, that in June of 2000, he bought the company.
